Social Vision Studio is committed to maintaining clear expectations and a professional working relationship with all clients. The following policies are intended to ensure smooth collaboration, scheduling stability, and clarity around services provided.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due on the date specified in the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Timely payment ensures that scheduled work, deliverables, and studio resources can proceed as planned.

Invoices not paid by the due date may result in a pause of services until payment has been received.

Retainer Services

Monthly retainer engagements reserve dedicated studio time for strategy, content development, and ongoing project support. Retainers are billed on a monthly basis and secure time within the studio schedule.

Retainer Cancellation & Termination

To ensure scheduling stability and allow for appropriate planning of studio resources, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required for termination of retainer services.

Retainer services and associated fees remain active during the 30-day notice period.

Intellectual Property & Usage

All creative work, strategy, photography, and content produced by Social Vision Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment has been received. Usage rights are granted once payment for the associated work has been completed.

Unpaid work may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Late Payments

Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the due date may result late fees and paused services until the outstanding balance has been resolved.
